本文介绍~(60)Coγ射线诱发小鼠胸腺瘤型白血病的组织病理学实验观察结果。以~(60)Coγ射线照射615近交系小鼠,每周照射一次,受照剂量为1.7Gy,共照射四次,累积剂量6.8Gy。于照射后不同时间活杀、取材,用光学显微镜观察胸腺组织的形态学特征。观察结果证实了辐射诱发小鼠胸腺瘤从病灶发生到浸润整个胸腺器官和广泛转移的一般规律;而且显示了不同损伤发生的时间特征和具有细胞形态特征的癌前期改变。
This article describes ~ (60) Co γ-ray induced mouse thymoma leukemia histopathological observations. 615 inbred mice were irradiated with ~ (60) Coγ ray and irradiated once a week at a dose of 1.7 Gy for a total of four doses with a cumulative dose of 6.8 Gy. After irradiation, the cells were killed at different times and drawn. The morphological features of thymus were observed with light microscope. Observations confirmed the general rule of radiation-induced thymoma in mice from lesions to infiltration of thymus organs and extensive metastasis; and also showed temporal features of different lesions and precancerous changes with morphological features of cells.
