基于ELECTRE改进模型,将知识型员工绩效评估指标划分为显性需求、隐性需求和活性需求等三种类型,对协同创新系统中的知识型员工绩效评价进行构建与分析。应用实例表明,在改进的ELECTRE模型中,其定量二元赋值结构,能很好解决有限备选方案的多属性群决策问题,该方法适用于协同创新系统中的知识型员工绩效评价是可行的、有效的。
Based on the ELECTRE improvement model, the performance evaluation indicators of knowledge workers are divided into three types: explicit demand, implicit demand and active demand. The performance evaluation of knowledge workers in the collaborative innovation system is constructed and analyzed. The application example shows that in the improved ELECTRE model, the quantitative binary assignment structure can solve the problem of multi-attribute group decision-making of finite alternatives well. It is feasible to apply this method to the performance evaluation of knowledge workers in collaborative innovation system ,Effective.
