今年以来,南漳县深化源头治腐,在国库集中收付上做文章,推行了收入“三直达”和支出“六直达”的工作模式。元至10月,由国库集中收付金额达9500余万元,占总支出的85％。国库集中收付制度的成功推行,有效遏止了腐败行为的产生,收到了较好的社会效益,得到了市纪委的充分肯定。
Since the beginning of this year, Nanzhang County has deepened its efforts to tackle corruption at its source and has made an issue in the centralized treasury collection and payment. It has implemented a working model of “direct access to income” and “direct investment” in spending. From October to October, the Treasury centralized collection and payment amounted to more than 9500 million yuan, accounting for 85% of the total expenditure. The successful implementation of the centralized treasury collection and payment system effectively stopped the emergence of corrupt practices, received good social benefits and was fully affirmed by the Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission.
