湘菜美食旅游持续健康发展受到制约,亟待转型升级。必须从准确定位湘菜美食旅游的概念和明确美食的中心地位、由松散型的生活性服务向集约型生活性服务转型、由“食”后、“食”中向“食”前转型、由“内部化”向“外部化”转型和提升吸引力系统等五个方面实现湘菜美食旅游的转型升级。 The sustained and healthy development of food tourism in Hunan is restricted and it needs to be transformed and upgraded urgently. We must accurately locate the concept of food tourism in Hunan cuisine and the central position of a clear food, from the loose life style of service to the intensive life service transformation, from the “food”, “food” to the “food The transformation and upgrading of Hunan gourmet food tourism will be realized in five aspects: transformation from ”internalization“ to ”externalization" and promotion of attractiveness system.
