目的了解平顶山市常住儿童免疫规划疫苗接种情况。方法按容量比例概率抽样法(Probabilityproportional to size,PPS)在每个县(市)区随机抽取2个乡(镇、街道)预防接种门诊,对420名2~3岁的适龄儿童进行入户调查。结果建卡率为100%,建证率为100%,预防接种信息系统使用率为96.90%;证、卡以及信息系统符合率为71.19%。接种证和预防接种信息系统抽查接种率较高,尤其是基础免疫疫苗(卡介苗BCG、乙型肝炎HepB、脊髓灰质炎OPV、百白破DPTa、含麻疹成份疫苗MCV1、A群流行性脑脊髓膜炎MPV1、流行性乙型脑炎JEV1)的初次合格接种率均超过了95%,但国家扩大免疫规划新增的疫苗和加强免疫接种率比较低。因接种记录不符合规定所占比例最高为83.26%(577剂次)。结论平顶山市常住儿童免疫规划疫苗报告接种率真实可靠,基础免疫接种率达到了较高水平,应采取措施进一步提高预防接种的工作质量。
Objective To understand the immunization schedule of children living in Pingdingshan City. Methods Two township (town and street) vaccination clinics were randomly selected in each county (city) area according to the Probability Proportional to size (PPS) method, and 420 households aged 2 to 3 years old were surveyed . Results The rate of establishing card was 100%, the rate of establishing card was 100% and the rate of vaccination information system was 96.90%. The coincidence rate of card, card and information system was 71.19%. Vaccination and vaccination information system checks the higher vaccination rates, especially the basic immunization vaccine (BCG BCG, Hepatitis B Hepatitis B, OPV polio, diphtheria DPTa, measles-containing vaccine MCV1, A group of epidemic cerebrospinal membrane Inflammatory MPV1, JEV1) all exceeded 95%, but new vaccines and vaccinations to boost immunization programs in the country were relatively low. As a result of vaccination records do not meet the requirements of the highest proportion of 83.26% (577 doses). Conclusion The reporting rate of immunization vaccine for children living in Pingdingshan is reliable and the basic immunization rate has reached a high level. Measures should be taken to further improve the quality of vaccination.
