目的评价氨基酮戊酸-光动力(ALA-PDT)联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法多发性跖疣患者76例,随机分成两组,治疗组38例,采用ALA-PDT联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,对照组38例,仅采用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,随访时间为3个月、观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组治愈率68.42%,总显效率为94.7%,复发率为15.38%,对照组治愈率26.32%,总显效率为57.9%,复发率为50.00%,两组的治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.5111,P<0.01),总显效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.2682,P<0.01),两组的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.6154,P<0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣是一种高效、复发率低的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods 76 patients with multiple plantar warts were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 38 cases, using ALA-PDT combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid therapy, control group 38 cases, only with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid therapy, the follow-up time was 3 Month, observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 68.42%, the total effective rate was 94.7%, the recurrence rate was 15.38%, the cure rate of the control group was 26.32%, the total effective rate was 57.9%, the recurrence rate was 50.00%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (Χ2 = 14.6682, P <0.01). There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (χ2 = 4.6154, P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant ). Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of multiple plantar warts is a highly efficient, low recurrence rate.
