我国现阶段的消防法部门法,主要是以法律规定为主导,辅助以相关法规和规章等其他法律规范,现阶段我国消防法制工作的许多方面还存在不足和缺陷,希望通过消防法制工作的建设,能够更进一步完善我国现有的消防法制体系结构,使消防法律体系趋于全面化和具体化,反过来推动消防工作依法有序进行。因此,必须认真分析我国消防法制工作中出现的各种问题并寻找解决问题的途径,力求改善我国现阶段的消防法制工作,促进社会的和谐稳定。
