目的 观察赛乐特治疗癫伴发抑郁的安全性和疗效。方法 6 7例伴发抑郁的癫患者 ,随机分为两组 ,均常规应用抗癫药物。治疗组用赛乐特 ,对照组用多虑平改善抑郁症状。治疗 8周后行HAMD HAMA评分 ,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组和对照组治疗前后的显效率和HAMD HAMA评分有明显差异。两组治疗后的HAMD HAMA评分没有明显差异 ,但治疗组患者出现的不良反应小。结论 赛乐特治疗癫伴发抑郁是安全和有效的 ,可作为首选药物 ;多虑平也有很好的疗效 ,但副作用较大 ,可作为次选药物。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of selater in treatment of epilepsy with depression. Methods Sixty-seven patients with epilepsy accompanied by depression were randomly divided into two groups. All of them were given antiepileptic drugs routinely. Treatment with Salbutamol, the control group with doxepin to improve depression symptoms. After 8 weeks of treatment, HAMD HAMA scores were compared, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate and the HAMD HAMA score of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were significantly different. There was no significant difference in HAMD HAMA scores between the two groups after treatment, but adverse reactions in the treatment group were small. Conclusion Selecte treatment of epilepsy associated with depression is safe and effective, can be used as the drug of choice; doxepin also has a good effect, but the side effects of larger, can be used as a secondary drug.
