改进烧结料层表面保温处理是提高烧结矿质量的有效方法之一。目前常见的保温处理方法,一般需额外消耗一定的燃料及动力能源。德聂伯彼特洛夫斯克冶金学院研究出了一种比较经济的方法。即利用点火后料层表面的辐射热加热空气进行料层表面热处理。
One of the effective methods to improve sinter quality is to improve the surface heat treatment of sinter layer. At present, the common insulation treatment method generally requires additional fuel and power consumption. Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute has developed a more economical method. That is to say, the radiant heat of the material layer after ignition is used to heat the surface of the material layer for heat treatment.
