伴随着城市的快速扩张,我国文化遗产保护与城市发展之间的矛盾日益凸显,探索保护与发展共生的创新机制势在必行。文章从提升城市功能的视角出发,结合北京市三山五园地区的实际条件,提出促进文化遗产保护及地区发展的3大策略:增加国际修学功能、重塑生态功能、丰富社区文化功能,以期实现文化遗产保护与城市发展的融合,进一步促进文化传播与经济发展,试图为文化遗产及其周边地区的保护利用提供新思路。
With the rapid expansion of cities, the contradiction between the protection of cultural heritage and urban development in our country has become increasingly prominent. It is imperative to explore innovative mechanisms for the symbiosis of protection and development. From the perspective of enhancing urban functions, combining with the actual conditions of Sanshan Wuyuan in Beijing, the article proposes three major strategies to promote the protection of cultural heritage and regional development: to increase the international learning function, to reshape the ecological functions and to enrich the community cultural functions in order to achieve The integration of cultural heritage protection and urban development will further promote cultural communication and economic development and try to provide new ideas for the protection and utilization of cultural heritage and its surrounding areas.
