地方本科院校转型发展是经济“新常态”下的必然要求,也是“供给侧”改革中高等教育改革的关键。结合科技型小微企业发展困境和地方本科院校转型发展两难困境,笔者提出基于高校实践平台为桥梁的科技型小微企业和地方本科院校协调发展的模型及路径。该模型既能帮助地方本科院校顺利转型,破解大学生培养的产能过剩;同时也能解决科技型小微企业发展的人才不足的困境。
The transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement under the new normal of economy and the key to the reform of higher education in the supply-side reform. Combining with the dilemma of the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises and the dilemma of transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities, the author puts forward the model and path of coordinated development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises and local undergraduate colleges based on the practical platform of colleges and universities. The model not only helps local colleges and universities to make a smooth transition, but also overcomes the overcapacity that undergraduates cultivate. At the same time, it can also solve the shortage of talents for the development of science and technology small and micro enterprises.
