SMT技术凭着其高密度、高可靠性、良好的高频特性、高生产效率、低成本的优点而得以迅猛发展。SMT组装方式主要分为单 /双面全表面组装。单面混合组装、双面混合组装三种主要组装方式 ,胶粘剂主要适用于单面混装和双面混装两种组装方式。从胶粘剂在SMT组装技术中的作用、组成、封装、性能评价方法及其影响因素以及使用方法等多方面进行了介绍 ,以便为粘胶剂的良好应用与选择提供参考。
SMT technology is rapidly evolving with its high density, high reliability, good high frequency characteristics, high production efficiency, and low cost. SMT assembly is divided into single / double-sided full surface assembly. Single-sided mixed assembly, double-sided assembly of three major assembly methods, the adhesive is mainly suitable for single-sided mixed and double-sided mixed two assembly methods. From the adhesive in the SMT assembly technology, composition, packaging, performance evaluation methods and its influencing factors and methods of use and other aspects were introduced in order to provide a good reference for the adhesive application.
