全军计划生育办公室主任座谈会于今年8月18日至20日在北京召开。这次会议总结了半年来贯彻中共中央、国务院《关于进一步做好计划生育工作的指示》的情况,再次讨论修改了《关于军队计划生育若干问题的暂行规定》和《各级计划生育领导小组同有关部门的职责分工的意见》,并集中研究了贯彻全国计划生育工作会议精神的措施。会议由迟浩田副总参谋长主持,总政治部朱云谦副主任和总后勤部贺彪副部长出席了会议,国家计划生育委员会钱信忠主任到会讲了话。
