目的了解动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况,杜绝动车上由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食源性疾病的发生。方法对北京铁路局动车配餐基地所生产的动车快餐盒饭,按现行有效标准方法进行金黄色葡萄球菌监测。结果2011年-2013年共监测动车快餐盒饭379份,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为6.6%。其中2011年检出率最高,为28.1%,而2013年检出率最低,所有监测样品中均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌(P<0.001);第三季度铁路动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌检出率最高,为9.5%,其次是第二季度,检出率为6.7%(P<0.05)。结论动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况逐年好转,但仍需进一步加强监督监测管理工作,将快餐盒饭食品安全风险降至最低。
Objective To understand the pollution of Staphylococcus aureus in fast food lunchboxes and eliminate the occurrence of foodborne diseases caused by Staphylococcus aureus in motor vehicles. Methods We monitored the Staphylococcus aureus according to the current valid standard method for the fast food lunch box car produced by the motor car catering base of Beijing Railway Administration. Results From 2011 to 2013, a total of 379 fast food lunchboxes were monitored. The detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 6.6%. Among them, the detection rate was the highest in 2011 at 28.1%, but the lowest was detected in 2013, and no Staphylococcus aureus was detected in all monitoring samples (P <0.001). In the third quarter, the railway car snack meal was staphylococcus aureus The highest rate of 9.5%, followed by the second quarter, the detection rate was 6.7% (P <0.05). Conclusion The contamination of Staphylococcus aureus in fast food lunchboxes has been improving year by year, but the supervision, monitoring and management still need to be further strengthened to minimize the safety risk of fast food lunchboxes.
