目的:探讨强心益气汤对慢性压力超负荷大鼠心室重构的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分成4组,进行肾上腹主动脉部分结扎。假手术组和手术组不予治疗,治疗组于术后分别给予不同剂量强心益气汤灌胃,第4周分别测定各组左室质量指数(LVMI)、心肌胶原容积分数(CVF)和血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量。结果:与假手术组相比,手术组大鼠血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量升高,LVMI、CVF均升高,可见大量胶原沉积,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与手术组相比,各治疗组可见AngⅡ、ALD含量降低,LVMI、CVF均降低,胶原沉积较少,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:强心益气汤可对抗腹主动脉结扎所致压力超负荷大鼠心脏重构,减少胶原沉积,阻止和延缓慢性心功能不全的发生发展,部分机制可能与减少机体AngⅡ及ALD含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiangxin Yiqi Decoction on ventricular remodeling in chronic pressure overload rats. Methods: Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups for partial ligation of the abdominal aorta. The sham group and the surgery group were not treated. The treatment group was given different doses of Qianxin Yiqi Decoction. The left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and myocardial collagen volume fraction (CVF) were measured at the 4th week. Plasma AngII, ALD content. Results: Compared with the sham operation group, plasma AngII and ALD levels in the operation group increased, LVMI and CVF increased, and a large amount of collagen deposition was seen, showing significant difference (P<0.01). Compared with the sham operation group, The contents of AngII and ALD decreased in all treatment groups, LVMI and CVF decreased, collagen deposition was less, with significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Qiangxinyiqi Decoction can counteract cardiac remodeling, reduce collagen deposition, and prevent and delay the development of slow cardiac insufficiency in pressure-overloaded rats induced by abdominal aortic ligation. Part of the mechanism may be related to the reduction of AngII and ALD levels in the body. .
