临夏州档案馆多次与积石山县居集乡红崖寺寺管会和主持僧、档案保管人协商,该寺同意将50件历史档案——喇嘛度牒(注)捐赠国家,现由州档案馆保存. 这些度牒档案形成于清乾隆二年至咸丰四年,用汉、满、蒙三种文字书写于63×104cm的纸上,盏有理藩院印鉴.各件的格式、文字、内容完全一致,只是授于的喇嘛姓名不同.有些度牒上还附有加盖“河州之印”印鉴的说明,受牒喇嘛死亡及继承喇嘛的证明文书.这些度牒是研究清王朝当时宗教政策的珍贵史料.现将其中一
