各专业工程施工中的交叉配合与协调工作,经常处理得不尽人意。到了工程施工的后期,由于这些问题,往往出现返工,造成工程投资的极大消费,影响工期,有的还会影响到建筑物的使用功能,严重的甚至带来质量问题和安全隐患。可见,工程施工中各专业的协调管理工作不仅很重要,同时也很必要。作为业主(甲方)或者项目经理,在工程的设计阶段以及施工过程中,应该如何更进一步做好这项管理工作呢?作为项目的指挥者,项目经理要担任的职责是对项目的计划、组织和控制。
