I recently Sihong investigation in Jiangsu Province, listening to the local gas station staff a profound emotion, early February Development and Reform Commission to raise refined oil prices, gasoline prices back to the beginning of October 2011 only once before the price cut. Whether the domestic oil price will continue to increase in the future will largely be affected by the international crude oil price trend. Crude oil prices rebounded from the fourth quarter of 2011 to a high level. In Europe, Brent recently exceeded 120 U.S. dollars per barrel (West Texas Light Crude exceeded 105 U.S. dollars a barrel), reaching its peak since the 2008 international financial crisis . As China’s reliance on imported crude oil is as high as 55% or more, the adverse impact of high oil prices on the economy is self-evident.
