一、陕西省合作社概况陕西省现有合作社五百三十七个(包括省社一个,专区社或办事处九个,县(市)联社或筹备处六十五个,基层社四百六十二个),社员三十九万二千七百多人,资产总值二百六十五亿元,干部二千八百三十八人。这些社过去虽在供销为主的业务方针下,做了不少工作,解决了群众的部份生活及生产上的问题,但由于领导方针的不明确,加上干部对业务生疏,尤其是有很多合作社社员股金不清,业务上笼统服务,没有社员与非社员之区别,上下级社业务脱节,互不相关,因此影响着合作社的发展。经过中央合作会议及陕西省合干会后,初步进行了典型试办整理改造工作,首先搞通了干部思想,改造了业务面貌,取消了分区联社的门
