目的采用正交实验优选大黄炭的最佳炮制工艺。方法首先采用单因素实验筛选炮制温度和炮制时间;在单因素实验的基础上,以出、凝血时间作为综合评价指标,对影响炮制效果的主要因素炮制温度,炮制时间,饮片规格,设计L9(34)正交实验进行考察。结果最佳炮制条件为小饮片,220℃,炮制10 min。结论优选出的大黄炭炮制工艺合理可行,为大黄炭的炮制方法及其质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To optimize the optimum processing technology of rhubarb by orthogonal experiment. Methods Based on the single factor experiment, the clotting time and clotting time were taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes. The main factors influencing the concocting efficiency were the temperature, processing time, the size of the decoction pieces, the design of L9 34) Orthogonal experiments were investigated. Results The best processing conditions for the small pieces, 220 ℃, processing 10 min. Conclusion The optimized rhubarb charcoal processing technology is reasonable and feasible, which provides the basis for processing method and quality control of rhubarb charcoal.
