为研究大豆叶面氮素的应用效果,以黑龙江省三江平原大豆主栽品种合丰55为试验材料,研究不同时期叶面施氮量对大豆叶片叶绿素含量及干物质积累的影响。结果表明,随着施肥量增加,叶绿素含量及干物质积累量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,不同时期普遍在B3处理达到最高值;A1时期叶面施氮有利于叶绿素含量及无子粒干物质积累量增加,A3时期叶面施氮有利于子粒干物质积累及产量形成。在A1B3处理组合下大豆叶片叶绿素含量最高,SPAD值为49.04;在A3B3处理组合下子粒干物重最高,为25.84g,该处理喷施时期为R5初粒期,时间为7月20日,喷施浓度为1.0%。因此,就合丰55这一品种而言,利于产量形成的最佳处理组合为A3B3。
In order to study the application effects of nitrogen on soybean leaves, the main soybean variety Hefeng 55 in Sanjiang Plain of Heilongjiang Province was used as experimental material to study the effects of nitrogen application rate on chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation of soybean leaves at different periods. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation increased first and then decreased with the increase of fertilization amount, and reached the highest value at B3 treatment in different periods. Leaf nitrogen application at the A1 stage was beneficial to the accumulation of chlorophyll and dry matter without seeds The amount of nitrogen application at the A3 stage was beneficial to the accumulation of dry matter and the formation of grain yield. Under A1B3 treatment, the chlorophyll content of soybean leaves was the highest, with a SPAD value of 49.04. Under the treatment of A3B3, the highest dry matter weight of the seeds was 25.84g. The initial spraying period was R5, and the spraying time was July 20 The concentration is 1.0%. Therefore, in terms of Hefeng 55, the best treatment combination for yield formation is A3B3.
