如今,有些领导干部热衷于开会、发文件,工作部署多,具体落实少,习惯以会议贯彻会议,以文件落实文件,甚至出现离开讲话稿不会讲话、离开秘书不会工作的尴尬情况。出现这一问题的根源就在于没能适应“基层一线”工作法,没有到基层一线掌握真实情况,只能凭借“修改润色”多遍的报告材料了解一些基本情况。作为领导干部,不仅要在办公室内工作,更重要的是要学会在办公室外工作,在基层一线工作,及时了解掌握基层的真实情况,体察社会
Nowadays, some leading cadres are keen on meeting, sending documents and arranging more work.
