初中生涉世未深,世界观、人生观和价值观没有完全形成,对世界的认知还需要引导。初中班主任,作为德育教学者,作为初中生的思想引导者,要帮助初中生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,帮助学生顺利度过人生的这个重要阶段,为今后的发展打下良好基础。但目前,大部分班主任的德育工作方法单一,缺乏技巧,引起学生反感,造成学生和班主任对立的局面。本文探讨了班主任在做德育工作时应遵循的原则,相信只要班主任在日常德育工作中遵循这些原则,就一定能取得好的效果。
Junior high school students are not deep in the world, world outlook, outlook on life and values are not fully formed, the world needs to be guided cognitive. Junior high school teacher, as a moral education teacher, as a guide for junior high school students to help junior high school students establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, to help students successfully through this important stage of life, and lay a good foundation for future development. However, at present, most of the class teachers have a single method of moral education and lack of skills, arousing students’ resentment and confronting students and class teachers. This article explores the principles that teachers should follow when they do moral education. I believe as long as the teacher in charge of class observes these principles in their daily moral education, they will certainly achieve good results.
