根据300t钢包RH真空处理超低碳铝镇静钢的实验数据,建立了RH处理过程钢中总氧含量的预测模型,得到了钢中氧含量的预测公式.模型综合考虑了处理时间、真空室吹氩流量、钢水环流量、浸渍管直径和钢包渣中(FeO+MnO)含量等因素对总氧含量的影响,并对改进RH处理工艺进行了讨论.模型分析表明,促进夹杂物上浮的手段有增大吹氩流量、增加浸渍管直径,但都有一个合适的范围.
