案件质量评查是对已办结的案件进行质量监督,查找问题、总结经验、奖优罚劣,是检察机关内部监督的一种方式。完善案件质量评查体系,最紧要的是制定一套完整、科学、操作性强的评查操作规程和操作标准。建立科学合理的质量评查制度是开展评查工作的前提,院党组的坚强领导和支持是开展评查工作的关键,严格落实奖惩措施是开展评查工作的有效手段。
The quality assessment of cases is to supervise the quality of the completed cases, find out the problems, summarize the experience, reward good and punish inferiorities, and provide a means for the internal supervision of procuratorial organs. Improve the case quality evaluation system, the most important thing is to develop a complete, scientific, operational review of operating procedures and standards.
