The ancient official system of East Asian countries are all influenced by the Chinese political culture, but each has its own characteristics and its origins. Among them, Baekje, located in the southwestern part of the Korean Peninsula, has both early and deep influence of accepting Chinese culture. The government system has made rapid progress and is bright and colorful. The need of internal reform and the construction of bureaucracy has given birth to Baekje crown culture. Accepting the influence of the elements of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism in China and assimilating and recreating them is an important condition for Baekje crown culture development. Compared with Koguryo and Silla, Baekje crown culture has the characteristics of sundial, purple and diversity. As the main channel for the mainland culture to spread to the Japanese archipelago, Baekje disseminated various cultures including the official system to Woguo and promoted the historical progress there.
