液力缓速器是车辆传动系统中重要的辅助制动系统。利用缓速器制动,可以减少行车制动器的磨损,防止行车制动器失效,保证车辆安全行驶,缓速器在现代车辆上得到了广泛地应用。分析了液力缓速器的结构和工作原理,针对缓速器的工作原理开发了一套电子控制单元。电子控制单元根据硬件电路采集到的各相关信号,实现对缓速器在不同挡位下不同制动力矩的控制,使车辆在下坡时实现恒速。将该缓速器分别在试验台架和实车上进行制动性能试验。试验结果表明,该液力缓速器在高转速和大充油量的条件下制动效果较好;在低转速和充油量不大的时候,可以为下坡行驶车辆提供基本恒定的制动转矩。
Hydrodynamic retarder is an important auxiliary braking system in vehicle transmission system. The use of retarder brake, can reduce the service brake wear and tear, to prevent the service brake failure, to ensure the safe driving of vehicles, retarder has been widely used in modern vehicles. The structure and working principle of the hydrodynamic retarder are analyzed. An electronic control unit is developed for the working principle of the retarder. Electronic control unit according to the hardware circuit to collect the relevant signals to achieve the retarder in different gear under different braking torque control to make the vehicle to achieve constant speed downhill. The retarder were tested on the test bench and real car brake performance test. The experimental results show that the retarder has a good braking effect under the conditions of high speed and large oil filling. At low speed and less oil filling, it can provide a basically constant system for downhill traveling vehicles Dynamic torque.
