设计意图:本学期我园围绕“数学”领域组织青年教师开展了“一课多研”、“好课多磨”等活动,使青年教师对教学活动的设计理念、教材分析、教学策略和组织形式有了长足的进步和优化。在一次次思维火花的碰撞中、一次次组织实施的经验总结中,形成了组织数学活动特有的可持续发展的较稳定的策略。以中班数学活动“比高矮”为例,思考数学教学中的细节问题——提出切实的要求、适宜的操作来实现各环节目标的落实,将目标达成情况作比较。
