针对目前部分定向募集的股份有限公司的内部职工持股的范围、持股形式、发行比例等方面存在的问题,最近,国家体改委、国家经贸委、国务院证券委联合发出通知,重申企业内部职工持股严禁超范围、超比例发行,并要求对已经批准的定向募集的股份有限公司在内部职工持股的范围、比例、形式等方面进行一次清理,违反规定的坚决制止并予以纠正。
