已知持续应用促性腺素释放激素(GnRH)可引起垂体失敏,然而,应用GnRH脉冲则可部分地阻断这种反应。有人发现去卵巢大鼠应用GnRH单次脉冲可引起急剧而短暂的垂体失敏,失敏的程度和维持的时间取决于应用GnRH的剂量。本研究涉及以下儿个问题:①是否应用GnRH脉冲导致短暂的抑制,就像内源性黄体生成素(LH)脉冲不存在时引起的内源性GnRH的效应?如证明是这样,则垂体急剧失敏是通过外源性GnRH也与内源性GnRH效应有关。②是否内源性GnRH脉冲
It is known that continuous administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) can cause pituitary desensitization, however, the GnRH pulse partially blocks this response. It was found that ovariectomized rats with GnRH single pulse can cause rapid and transient hypophyseal pituitary, the extent and duration of desensitization depends on the dose of GnRH. This study addresses the following questions: (1) Does the application of GnRH pulses lead to transient inhibition, like the effect of endogenous GnRH in the absence of endogenous luteinizing hormone (LH) pulses? If so, then the pituitary gland Desensitization is also related to the intrinsic GnRH effect by exogenous GnRH. ② whether endogenous GnRH pulse
