本文将主要讨论气功外气对人类宫颈癌细胞的作用及实验观察的结果,Hela细胞经气功外气作用20分钟后,按常规培养方法放CO_2孵箱中37℃静止培养72小时,然后经胰蛋白酶消化进行细胞计数。Hela细胞并经电子显微镜观察。全部实验结果均由电子计算机(MDR—X80微机)进行方差分析统计学处理。结果表明气功外气对Hela细胞的平均杀伤率为31.0%(P<0.001)。因此,可以初步认为气功外气对宫颈癌细胞的作用是确定的。
This article will mainly discuss the effect of external Qigong on human cervical cancer cells and the results of experimental observation. After Hela cells are subjected to qigong outside air for 20 minutes, they are placed in a CO 2 incubator at 37° C. for 72 hours, followed by stationary pancreas culture for 72 hours. Protease digestion performs cell counting. Hela cells were observed by electron microscopy. All experimental results were statistically analyzed by variance analysis on a computer (MDR-X80 microcomputer). The results showed that the average kill rate of qigong outside air on Hela cells was 31.0% (P<0.001). Therefore, it can be preliminarily assumed that the effect of Qigong external gas on cervical cancer cells is certain.
