前言 近两年来,利用黄樟油合成洋茉莉醛的趋势高涨。1991年,洋茉莉醛每吨10~12万元,而合成一吨洋茉莉醛所需原料黄樟油约两吨(含黄樟素和异黄樟素80%以上)。由于销路好和有利可图,许多厂家纷纷抢购原料,从而使黄樟油价格不断上涨,由1991年年初的每吨2万多元涨至年底4万多元。鉴于原料少和废液中含有的黄樟素和异黄樟素很难用一般间歇精馏法分离出较高纯度的黄樟素和异黄樟素(主要含有樟脑),四川省林业科学研究院实验厂进行了从黄樟油合成洋茉莉醛的废液中精馏提取黄樟素和异黄樟素的研究。通过多次试验,取得了可喜的结果:从废液中得到纯度在80%以上的黄樟素和异黄樟素,得率为废液中黄樟素与异黄樟素总量的85%以上。
Preface The recent two years, the use of sassafras oil synthesis of jasmine aldehyde trend is rising. In 1991, ocean jasmonicl ten to 120,000 yuan per ton, while the synthesis of a ton of ocean jasmine aldehyde required raw sassafras about two tons (safrole and isosafrovin 80% or more). Due to good sales and profitable, many manufacturers have snapped up raw materials, so that the price of sassafras oil rising, from more than 20,000 yuan per ton in early 1991 rose to over 40,000 yuan by the end. In view of the low raw material and the waste liquid containing safrole and isosafrole is difficult to use general batch distillation separation of higher purity safrole and isosafrole (mainly containing camphor), Sichuan Forestry Research Institute conducted from the sassafras Study on Distillation and Extraction of Safronin and Isosafrole from Liquid Waste Oil with Synthetic Jasmonic. Through many experiments, we obtained gratifying results: we get safrole and isosafrole with the purity of more than 80% from the waste liquid, and the yield is more than 85% of the total safrole and isoflavone in the waste liquid.
