中国的房地产市场发展迅速,使得中国人拥有个人公寓和住宅的年增长率达30%。欧洲的自已动手器材商店(DIY)的零售商们很快就意识到,随着生活水平的提高,中国人将会期望装饰和购买那些体现个性特点的物品,诸如盥洗设备、厨房设备,以及那些可以装饰他们家庭四壁的家具。因此,在过去的两年中,欧洲的两大自己动手器材商店的零售企业,金菲希尔的百安居(Kingfisher’s B&Q)和坦吉尔曼恩的欧倍德(Tengelmann’s Obi)在中国成功的开设了家居商场。
China’s real estate market is growing rapidly, making the Chinese people own apartments and homes at an annual growth rate of 30%. Retailers of DIY stores in Europe soon realized that as their standards of living increase, Chinese will expect to decorate and buy items that reflect their personality, such as toiletries, kitchen equipment, and those Furniture that decorates the walls of their home. As a result, in the past two years, retailers such as Kingfisher’s B & Q in Europe and Tengelmann’s Obi in Tangier Mann have been successfully opened in China Home shopping.
