应用扭辫分析法(TBA)及IR谱的解析,研究了糠酸在浓硫酸催化下的开环聚合反应机理,探讨了催化剂用量及温度等对聚合反应的影响。结果表明,在浓硫酸存在下,随着温度的升高,糠酸的聚合反应历程为分段的逐步聚合过程;糠酸在210℃以后方可聚合完全;糠酸树脂在350℃以下耐热性良好。
The mechanism of ring-opening polymerization of furoic acid catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid was studied by means of twisted-braid analysis (TBA) and IR spectroscopy. The effects of catalyst amount and temperature on the polymerization reaction were discussed. The results show that in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid, the polymerization process of furoic acid is a gradual and gradual polymerization process with the increase of temperature. Furoic acid can be completely polymerized after 210 ℃. Good sex.
