目的 探讨当归注射液对辐射损伤后肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。方法 应用当归注射液对60 CO γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠肝组织给予治疗 ,连续给药 30d ,应用放射免疫测定法检测治疗前后肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果 实验用药组肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性高于实验对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 当归注射液对辐射损伤后的小鼠肝组织和功能具有重要的保护作用
Objective To investigate the effect of Angelica Sinensis on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue after radiation injury. Methods Danggui injection was used to treat liver tissue of mice injured by 60 CO γ-irradiation. Continuous administration for 30 days. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue was detected before and after treatment by radioimmunoassay. Results The activity of superoxide dismutase in the experimental group was higher than that in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Angelica injection has an important protective effect on the liver tissue and function of mice after radiation injury.
