采用胎骨做植骨材料,来源方便,效果好,临床治疗、护理简单。现将我院1989年1月至1991年10月同种异体胎骨植骨手术10例的护理体会介绍如下。一般资料本组10例,男8例,女2例,年龄13～51岁,平均35岁。肱骨骨囊肿伴病理性骨折行囊肿刮除术植骨1例,桡腕关节融合术植骨1例,新鲜骨折切开复位加植骨8例。其中胫腓骨骨折1例,尺桡骨双骨折3例,桡骨骨折1例,指骨骨折2例,锁骨骨折1例。护理体会
The use of fetal bone graft material, the source of convenience, good effect, clinical treatment, care is simple. Now in our hospital from January 1989 to October 1991 allogeneic fetal bone surgery in 10 cases of nursing experience described below. General information The group of 10 patients, 8 males and 2 females, aged 13 to 51 years, mean 35 years. 1 case of humeral bone cyst with pathologic fracture undergoing cyst curettage, 1 case of fusion of radial wrist and bone, 8 cases of fresh fracture open reduction and bone graft.
