针对某核电厂主泵电机轴承漏油问题进行原因分析。分析认为,电机运行时产生的“风扇”效应、轴承箱尺寸和储油量限制、未设置有效的润滑油凝结收回装置等是下导轴承润滑油、油气泄漏的主要原因。经计算流体动力学(CFD)分析表明,通过在下导轴承上方设置隔板、密封,在上、下轴承上方增设油气凝结装置及回油通道,可在不改变电机现有主体结构和轴承内部构件的基础上,进一步改善电机轴承漏油问题。
Cause Analysis of Leakage of Main Pump Motor Bearing in a Nuclear Power Plant. The analysis shows that the “fan” effect, the size of the bearing housing and the oil reserve caused by the motor running are not the main factors that cause the leakage of lubricating oil and gas in the dowel bearing.
