磁弹性传感器是根据磁弹性效应建立起来的测力传感器。它在作用原理、结构及使用上,都与其它类型的测力传感器不同,并具有一系列优点,如输出功率大、信号强、构造简单、结构牢靠、便于制造且经济、能在困难条件下可靠使用、可用于自动控制系统及应力的无损测量等。本文根据一些国外资料及作者进行此类科研的实践和认识,就磁弹性传感器的主要种类、作用原理及基本应用,简明扼要地加以综述。
Magneto-elastic sensor is based on the magnetoelastic effect established by the load cell. In this paper, based on some foreign information and author’s practice and understanding of such scientific research, the main types of magnetoelastic sensors, the role of the principle and the basic application, briefly summarized.
