目的研究脑缺血再灌注后脑电功率参数变化与缺血损伤的关系。方法沙土鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,分为假手术组、对照组和山莨菪碱组,观察边缘频率(SEF)、双谱指数(BIS)和α、β、δ、θ波比率的变化,以海马CA1区锥体细胞坏死的数目来判断脑缺血损伤的严重程度。结果脑缺血再灌注后,对照组δ波比率增高至缺血前的213%,α波比率降低至缺血前的26%(P<0.01)。山莨菪碱组δ波比率增高至缺血前的141%,α波比率降低至缺血前的90%,其增高和降低的程度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。山莨菪碱组海马CA1区坏死的锥体细胞数目也少于对照组。结论脑缺血再灌注期间δ波比率增高可能为存在严重脑缺血损伤的标志之一。
Objective To study the relationship between changes of brain electrical parameters and ischemia injury after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in gerbils was divided into sham operation group, control group and anisodamine group. The changes of marginal frequency (SEF), bispectral index (BIS) and α, β, δ, , The number of pyramidal cells in hippocampal CA1 area to determine the severity of cerebral ischemic injury. Results After cerebral ischemia / reperfusion, the δ wave ratio in the control group increased to 213% before ischemia and the α wave ratio decreased to 26% before ischemia (P <0.01). In the anisodamine group, the δ wave ratio increased to 141% before ischemia and the α wave ratio decreased to 90% before ischemia, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Anisodamine group of hippocampal CA1 area necrosis of the number of pyramidal cells is also less than the control group. Conclusion The increased δ-wave ratio during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion may be one of the markers of severe cerebral ischemia.
