基于离散单元方法,针对摇摆筛特有的三维空间运动和模拟人工的筛分方法,建立了摇摆筛的简化分析模型,并设定了仿真分析参数,应用DEM Sieve2.0模拟仿真软件,对筛分过程进行了模拟和仿真;对影响筛分效率的主要工艺参数,如转速、偏心距、径向角和切向角进行了仿真和分析,找出了影响筛分效率的主要参数及其大小。该分析方法和研究结果,对摇摆筛的设计生产与应用具有指导意义。
Based on the discrete element method, a simplified analytical model of rocking sieve is established for three-dimensional space motion and simulated artificial sieving method of rocking sieve. The simulation analysis parameters are set up. Using DEM Sieve2.0 simulation software, The simulation and simulation were carried out. The main parameters affecting the screening efficiency, such as speed, eccentricity, radial and tangential angles, were simulated and analyzed. The main parameters influencing the screening efficiency and its size were found out. The analysis methods and research results are of guiding significance for the design, production and application of swing screens.
