1987年9月22日,河南日报二版发表了记者和通讯员合写的消息《内乡麦播化肥供求矛盾明显缓解》以后,陆续收到该县一批来信,针对报道中提出的“农民不出村,就可以凭票每亩地购买48公斤碳铵”,责备“报道失实程度令人吃惊”。经调查了解,该县在改进化肥生产和供应方面成绩突出,经验也是宝贵的,但由于稿件的采写有问题,以致造成风波。这值得我们很好地思索。
