多年的教学实践使我们认识到:要大面积提高小学数学教学质量,必须做到各年段、每单元的知识过关。在教学中如何搞好单元知识过关呢?最近学了布卢姆的“掌握学习法”很受启发。我认为在教学中应该以教学目标为出发点,充分发挥课堂教学的优势,努力提高教学效率,并辅之以针对性的个别辅导,才能使绝大部分学生都达到教学
Years of teaching practice makes us realize: To improve the quality of primary school mathematics teaching in a large area, we must accomplish the knowledge pass of each year and every unit. In teaching how to do a good job of unit knowledge clearance? Recently learned Bloom's “master learning” is very inspired. I think in teaching should be based on teaching objectives as a starting point, give full play to the advantages of classroom teaching, and strive to improve teaching efficiency, supplemented by targeted individual counseling in order to make the vast majority of students are teaching
