通过掺杂Nb_2O_5、Bi_2O_3、SiO_2等多种添加剂,研究了TiO_2电容、压敏复合功能材料。这种材料既有大电容特性,又有压敏电阻的功能。基于半导体陶瓷的双肖特基势垒模型,本文还从理论上对这种复合功能材料的压敏、电容特性进行了分析,得到的非线性系数和表现介电常数的理论值能较好地与实验结果相一致。本文的实验结果与理论分析对于进一步研究功能陶瓷材料等具有十分重要的意义。
