本文旨在构建临床研究协调员胜任特征模型并确定各特征要素的权重。通过文献研究、工作分析,结合专家意见构建临床研究协调员胜任特征模型,共分为知识、技能、特质、动机4个一级指标和23个二级指标,运用Satty 9标标度法请专家对各项胜任特征进行两两比较,通过层次分析法软件Yaahp确定各项胜任特征的权重。按照层次分析结果,将权重大于0.05的胜任特征定义为关键胜任特征。成为一名合格的临床研究协调员的关键胜任特征包括责任心、临床试验操作流程SOP、成就导向、试验相关资料、服务导向、严谨细致、主动性。
This article aims to build a clinical research coordinator competency model and determine the weight of each feature element. Through literature research, job analysis and expert advice, the competency model of clinical research coordinator is constructed, which is divided into four first-level indicators of knowledge, skills, traits, motivation and 23 second-level indicators. Each competency was compared on a pairwise basis, and Yaahp, an analytic hierarchy process, was used to determine the weight of each competency profile. According to the results of AHP, the competency of more than 0.05 is defined as the key competency. Key competencies to become a qualified clinical research coordinator include responsibility, SOP for clinical trial procedures, achievement orientation, trial related information, service orientation, rigor and meticulousness and initiative.
