目的观察醒脑通脉化瘀方对急性脑梗死患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法将160例急性脑梗死患者随机分为研究组和对照组各80例。对照组规范药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用自制中药合剂——醒脑通脉化瘀组方。治疗时间2周。比较2组患者治疗前后MCP-1、MMP-9、ET-1及NO水平变化。结果第1天即治疗前,2组患者血清MCP-1、MMP-9及ET-1、NO水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14d后,2组MCP-1、MMP-9、ET-1明显下降,NO水平明显上升,研究组降低或升高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑通脉化瘀方可以明显降低急性脑梗死患者血清MCP-1、MMP-9及ET-1水平,升高血清NO含量,稳定血管内皮功能,起到加强脑保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Xingnaotongmai Huayu Recipe on the expressions of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction The impact of nitric oxide (NO) levels. Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group of 80 cases. Control group standard drug treatment, the research group in the control group based on the use of homemade Chinese medicine mixture - Xingnao Tongmai Huayu prescription. Treatment time 2 weeks. The changes of MCP-1, MMP-9, ET-1 and NO levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results On the first day before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum MCP-1, MMP-9, ET-1 and NO levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of MCP-1, MMP-9 and ET-1 in the two groups decreased significantly and the levels of NO significantly increased after treatment for 14 days (P <0.05). Conclusions Xingnao Tongmai Huayu Recipe can significantly reduce the levels of serum MCP-1, MMP-9 and ET-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction, increase serum NO level and stabilize the function of vascular endothelial cells.
