在65具成人尸体上观测了门静脉的毗邻及其属支。归纳了肝门区动脉、静脉与胆管的基本模式,在此基础上按肝动脉的分布分为三种类型,按胃冠状静脉的汇注方式分为五种类型。讨论了门静脉动脉化手术中对不同类型的解剖学结构应采用的针对性手术方案。
