目的:优选加味血肿解复方的提取工艺。方法:采用小肠推进动力学试验比较水煎煮法和水蒸气蒸馏法对加味血肿解复方药效的影响;以大黄酸、大黄酚及浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,采用正交实验考察溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:采用煎煮法提取,最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该试验优选的提取工艺稳定可靠、简便易行、经济适用,适用于加味血肿解的工业生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of flavored hematoma decoction. Methods: The intestinal propulsion kinetics test was used to compare the effects of decoction method and steam distillation method on the therapeutic effect of flavored hematoma decoction. The comprehensive scores of rhein, chrysophanol and extract yield were taken as indexes and the orthogonal experiment was used Solvent dosage, extraction time, the number of extraction on the extraction process, to determine the best extraction process. Results: The decoction extraction method, the best extraction process plus 8 times the amount of water extracted 2 times, each 2 h. Conclusion: The extraction process of this experiment is stable and reliable, simple and easy to operate, economical and suitable for the industrial production of flavored hematoma solution.
