以比较视阈下国学典籍核心词汇“礼”的英译研究为重点,以《论语》的英译本为个例展开研究。在研究过程中,借助相关资料,理顺《论语》的英译发展史,把握核心词汇“礼”的文化内涵,采取异化和归化相比较的翻译策略,寻求一种能够把中国最原汁原味的国学经典中核心词汇所具有的深厚文化底蕴详尽全面阐释的翻译策略,旨在让世界全面真正了解中国传统文化的丰富内涵,达到跨文化传播的目的。
Focusing on the comparative studies of the English translation of the core vocabulary of Chinese classics and Ci, “Ceremony”, the English version of The Analects is taken as an example. In the course of the research, with the aid of the relevant materials, the history of the English translation of The Analects is straightened out, the cultural connotation of the core vocabulary “ceremony ” is mastered, and the translation strategy of alienation and domestication is adopted. The original Chinese classical core vocabulary with deep cultural details of a comprehensive interpretation of the translation strategy designed to make the world a full and genuine understanding of the rich connotation of traditional Chinese culture to achieve the purpose of cross-cultural communication.
