以DPH为荧光探剂,测定人血小板膜偏振度,研究三七的有效成分脉塞通对血小扳膜微粘度的影响。在本实验条件下,血小板膜微粘度随脉塞通浓度的增加和孵育时间的延长而减小。脉塞通能消除低密度脂蛋白增高血小板膜微粘度的作用。脉塞通对血小板膜微粘度的作用大于对红细胞膜微粘度的作用。
Using DPH as a fluorescent probe, the degree of polarization of human platelet membranes was measured to investigate the effect of Radix Notoginseng, the active ingredient of Radix Notoginseng, on the microviscosity of the small platelets of blood. Under the experimental conditions, the micro-viscosity of the platelet membrane decreased with the increase of the concentration of the pancreatic and the prolongation of the incubation time. It can eliminate low-density lipoprotein and increase the micro-viscosity of platelet membrane. The effect of sarcosine on platelet membrane microviscosity is greater than that of erythrocyte membrane microviscosity.
