近日,从陕西省财政厅获悉,为加快燃煤锅炉拆改,减少燃煤锅炉对大气污染,省财政会同省环境保护厅多措并举,大力支持燃煤锅炉拆改治理。一是为确保燃煤锅炉拆除数量真实性,将全省燃煤锅炉拆改单位、拆改数量及审核情况向社会公示,接受群众监督;二是联合出台了《关中地区城市燃煤锅炉拆改奖励标准》,采取“以奖代补”方式,对关中地区燃煤锅炉拆改给予奖励。按照“拆改早、补助多”的原则,逐年降低奖励标准。从2013
